The sloshing water in the backpack bothers me, I overfilled it a bit. It's okay, I'll drink it. After 45 minutes I start eating the gels...

...the first climb is coming, it's still raining, I feel like I'm sweating, but I don't feel like I'm burning, but I'm not cold either. Arzler Alm. From there, it's mostly single track. The road is rough, muddy and slippery, not that easy terrain. I have never seen such mud in the Alps, but rarely in Hungary either. Tiefentalalm then Neubergalm. It's finally a good runable road from here. Although it is still raining a little, I take off my rain pants because I feel warm. My feet are also sweaty, but I'm not cold. I eat the gels every 30 minutes and my stomach is fine. What?...

...in the valley again, we run back to Manderfen. There is no covered area at the Stillebach refreshment point, you can only refresh in the rain. I'm grumpy, they could have put up a covered tent. My stomach is fine. The rain is starting to subside, everything is wet with sweat. I'm quite out of my comfort zone, but it's okay...
